Mine came already loaded with the ALFA codes. After that I got a Foxwell NT510PR which can be loaded with ALFA codes. I previously used an Android app called Torque Pro and a cheapy blue tooth adaptor (Amazon) on my 4C. Unfortunately, UltraGauge can not function in the presence of either issue.ĭo you think there is a difference in OBD/CAN between US and EU cars?
Which ever responds first is the value displayed by UltraGauge. The ECM responds with the correct value and the TCM responds with zero. This is either caused by a non OBDII compliant ECM, or a vehicle with two ECMs, for example, the ECM and TCM (Transmission control module) both responding to the same request. The ECM at times is return a value of 0 for the gauges that are not functioning correctly. I've wrote to Ultragauge support and this is what they've said: I also have ELM Bluetooth adapter (a 15$ blue thing), which also have worked perfectly on all other cars - and while recording data with the Racechrono app the data was inconsistent with gaps. IAT doesn't work at all, Coolant Temp jumps between actual reading and some strange number, AFR also jumps between actual reading and 0.000 and 2.000.ĮCU voltage and fuel consumption looks good. When i've connect it to my 2015 Alfa Romeo 4c (EU version) - some gauges don't work correctly. I own Ultragauge which i've used with great success on all my previous cars. Resurrecting an old thread - i'm exeperiencing issiues with OBD reader.
